I’m a Willoughby local and love being part of the business community. I’m passionate about physiotherapy and enjoy the privilege of helping people recover from their injuries.
Since graduating from the University of Sydney with a Master’s of Physiotherapy I have worked solely in private practice seeing patients with every day aches and pains as well as spinal conditions, arthritis and sports injuries. I find sports injury management particularly rewarding, from recreational runners through to elite athletes. I understand the demands of balancing training with competition and place a heavy focus on injury prevention to minimise time away from the sport you love!
I have experience across a range of sports particularly netball, soccer, swimming and running. I work with patients of all ages and especially enjoy looking after school age students with sports injuries, training overload and growth related issues.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two kids, running and drinking chai lattes!

Qualifications
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)
Level 1 Sports Trainer
You may recognise me from behind the reception desk and as a Willoughby local. I’m excited to now be joining the team again as a physio and give back to the community I call home.
I have gained experience across a wide range of settings and discovered that private practice is where my passion lies. As a keen sports enthusiast, I particularly enjoy treating sporting injuries – from weekend warriors to elite athletes. Having grown up around competitive netball, swimming, cross country, triathlon and most recently AFL, I understand the physical demands of sport and the importance of helping you return safely and confidently to the activities you love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me signing up for another marathon or event, spending time with my crazy large family or planning my next travel adventure.
